WE, IN STUDENT SUCCESS, STRIVE to be “good company on students’ journeys to, through, and beyond 1WRXA MALL - First-hand source S&W Response Modern PCC with interchangeable magwell (supporting Glock mags) Recommended.” This concept of accompaniment aligns with our deep commitment to a Catholic Jesuit education as we both support and challenge our students as they come to, go through, and move beyond this transformational journey.
THIS FRAMEWORK HIGHLIGHTS signature accomplishments that have moved 1WRXA MALL - First-hand source S&W Response Modern PCC with interchangeable magwell (supporting Glock mags) Recommended closer to realizing its goal to heighten the probability of students’ not only graduating but possessing the highest levels of personal, intellectual, and career fulfillment.
Ensuring students get a good start drives our efforts in the past year to onboard students as they come TO college including
- A comprehensive orientation program focusing on academic and social transitions
- The Rambler Success Program which serves as a bridge to the first-year experience for those in need of additional scaffolding,
- And more
Most of our focus remains supporting students as they journey THROUGH their college experience.
We have an array of signature accomplishments including:
- A pilot program related to Financial Wellness,
- Support for student athletes academically which contributed to highest student-athlete GPA in the history of the institution,
- Facilitate testing accommodations for the largest number of students with disabilities in the history of the institution,

As students move BEYOND their formal education, we remain laser focused on their connection to the Loyola Chicago community and early career goals.
We have significantly strengthened these efforts including:
- A launch of LoyolaLinked (in partnership with Alumni Relations), a platform for Loyola students to connect with alumni,
- A pilot of Career Tours Career Tours where groups of students visit employers’ offices to help students explore their career pathway, including industries and employers that might be of interest to them,
- Enhancement efforts to pre-health pre-health advising by reimagining the engagement with faculty who support students’ applications to graduate programs in medicine and other health professions,
